YNKB on Minority Report, Aarhus Festival for Contemporary Art

Participated with “The Future of Denmark” produced in collaboration with students at Aarhus
Municipal Language Center. “The Future of Denmark” expresses the expectations, hopes,
and conceptions of a number of immigrant students enrolled at Aarhus Municipal Language
Center; how they view their new life in Denmark and their possibilities for affecting social change.

Street party

In Borgmestervangen, Nørrebro, this time with a non-KODA/Gramex Song Contest.
In cooperation with the local radio station, Station 2000, sending directly from the
party from 12 noon to 4 pm at FM 95.5 mhz or 95.2 mhz, arranged by Initiative Group.
The jury that will select participants in this big party is composed of people from Initiative
Group, the music editorial board The Four Seasons, and the youth editorial board C264.
Entertainment for both children and adults, and the award of the Mobilizing Pyramid prize
to Mayor Jens Kramer Mikkelsen. Last year the prize was awarded to Jesper Langebæk
from the Nørrebro Park quarter.
The street party is from 11 am to 8 pm, Saturday 19 June 2004.

January 2004

“The Office of Sustainable Societies” Museum of Contemporary Art, Roskilde

Everybody is invited to get a free piece of land in the Museum of Contemporary
Art’s courtyard and garden by applying for a lot. Applications can be made to the
Office of Sustainable Societies or through us. The lots can be used from January 19
to March 21 2004. The purpose is to demonstrate how citizens can directly participate
in administrating and utilizing public city land.
